I sent this to the Ex today,
"I want nothing to do with you ever again. Looking at you makes me want to throw up. You're the most horrible person I've ever met who uses and abuses people. I regret ever meeting you, the only good thing to come from it was the boys. As of right now, you're dead to me."
Yes, it's harsh, but sometimes the truth hurts.
